Performance Characteristics:

This product is a solid compound formulated from various agents including organic polymers, corrosion inhibitors, penetrants, and surfactants. It features low dosage, rapid descaling, non-toxicity, odorlessness, safe usage, and easy transportation. Additionally, it significantly improves equipment thermal efficiency, saves fuel, and extends equipment service life after application.

Application Scope:

Suitable for cleaning industrial boilers, domestic boilers, marine heat exchangers, and circulating water cooling systems.

Usage and Dosage:

Dissolve the product in water before adding it to the boiler. Soaking or circulation methods may be used. Maintain cleaning solution temperature between 10°C-60°C with descaling duration of 6-8 hours. Dosage depends on scale thickness (generally 80-100 kg per ton of water), followed by rinsing with clean water.

Packaging and Storage:

25kg woven bag packaging. Store in a ventilated, dry area. Caking does not affect quality.
